Caught Being Active Award
The Caught Being Active Award is a great way of recognising and rewarding participation for schools involved in the Daily Physical Activity programme. You can now download bronze, silver and gold certificates by going to the Administration section of our site or by clicking on the links below. Further information about the Caught Being Active Award or the DPA programme is available from your SSCo.
Playground Markings
Schools across Derby are developing breaktime and lunchtime opportunities for their children by purchasing Multi-skill playground markings through Derby City SSP. We have teamed up with ESP, specialists in this area, to provide Derby City Schools with a discounted package for the markings.

KS2 Gymnastics Competition
On the 2nd May 2008, Springwood Leisure Centre hosted the 1st annual Derby City SSP KS2 (Year 3&4) Gymnastics Competition. 170 pupils took part in a morning packed full of gymnastics.
